Bio

Antonis F. Lentzakis is Senior Researcher at the NTUA Railways and Transport Lab, contributing to the development of an Open Data Platform and to the modeling and optimization of flexible mobility services. Formerly worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Future Urban Mobility IRG, part of Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART/FM). His research at SMART/FM focused on the extension and enhancement of DynaMIT2.0, a system that employs simulation-based Dynamic Traffic Assignment (DTA), for traffic estimation, prediction, and control, developed by the MIT Intelligent Transportation Systems Lab. He subsequently worked as Research Scientist at NCS Group, a subsidiary of SingTel and as Lead Data Scientist at MaaSLab, where he led the development of a SOTA on-demand transport platform and AI-based data harmonisation engine. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, a MSc in Operations Research and Production Engineering & Management from the Technical University of Crete.
